What we collect
Poll Creators
Email address (for login), timezone preference, poll data (title, description, time slots)
Poll Participants
Name, availability selections, timezone (auto-detected)
Automatic Collection
IP addresses are collected temporarily in server logs to monitor for malicious activity and ensure service security.
How I use your data
- To provide the service: I use your email, timezone, and poll data to operate the service and display polls. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
- To send notifications: Only when you explicitly opt-in. Lawful basis: your consent.
- To ensure security: IP addresses help prevent abuse. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in maintaining a secure platform.
- To improve the service: Anonymized, aggregated data helps me understand usage. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.
Data storage and security
Encryption
All data encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS).
Location
Hosted on Vercel servers in Germany (EU), protected under GDPR.
Retention
Account data kept while your account is active. Inactive accounts deleted after 2 years.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data deleted
- Data portability
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Data sharing
I do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with sub-processors essential to the service: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email delivery).
Cookies
This site uses cookies strictly necessary for core functionality (e.g. login sessions). No tracking or advertising cookies.
Children
This service is not intended for users under 16. If you're under 16, ask your parents before using this.
Changes
If I change how I handle your data, I'll try to let you know. No promises on timing.
