Everyone can export meetings as .ics files for Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app. Pro adds Google Calendar sync: connect your Google account, then add an event to a separate "Meetsched" calendar in Google Calendar from the event page.

Everything is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), the app and its database are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), and we never share your data with third parties. Paid plans fund our privacy-first infrastructure, not shareholders. You can download your account data or delete your account from Settings anytime.

Closed polls are kept for 90 days after they close on Free, 1 year on Pro, and 2 years on Team. After that they're archived, never without an email listing exactly which polls at least 7 days ahead. Open polls and events are never archived. When you delete a poll, it leaves your dashboard and its public link stops working right away. Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing — it takes effect at the end of the paid period. After that your account is on the Free plan, where closed polls are kept for 90 days after they close.

Your 14-day Pro trial ends and your account moves to the Free plan. You can have 5 open polls at a time, each with up to 25 participants and 10 time slots. A poll that reaches 25 participants stops accepting new voters, and the votes it has stay. Google Calendar sync, participant reminders, templates, CSV export and repeat nudges are Pro-only, and Free polls show a "Powered by Meetsched" badge. Closed polls are kept for 90 days after they close. Older ones are archived: they leave your dashboard and their public link stops working (for Early Supporters, not before 1 November 2026). You get an email listing exactly which polls at least 7 days before, and open polls and events are never archived.

You're an Early Supporter: you keep full Pro free for 90 days after launch, and if you upgrade you lock in 50% off forever — $2.50/month. As always, the Free plan remains available with no action needed.
