Is Meetsched free?
Yes — the Free plan is genuinely useful and ad-free, covering up to 5 active polls with 25 participants each. Need more? Pro is $5/month (or $48/year) for unlimited polls, participants, calendar sync, and more. New accounts get a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required.
How is this different from Doodle or When2meet?
Cleaner interface, real-time updates, better mobile support, and no ads — at half the price of Doodle. Participants don't need an account, and we never mine or sell your data. Create a poll in under 30 seconds.
Do participants need to create an account?
No. They just need the poll link to vote. This makes it easy for external clients and team members to participate.
Can I integrate with my calendar?
Everyone can export meetings as .ics files for Google Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app. Pro adds automatic Google Calendar sync, so confirmed events appear in your calendar without any manual steps.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard encryption and never share your data with third parties. Paid plans fund our privacy-first infrastructure, not shareholders. You can export or delete your data anytime.
What happens to my data over time?
Free polls are kept for 90 days, Pro for 1 year, and Team for 2 years. You can always export your data, and deleting a poll removes it immediately.
What exactly does Pro include?
Unlimited polls, participants, and time slots; Google Calendar sync; deadline reminders for participants (24h/48h/custom) and activity digests; removal of the 'Powered by Meetsched' badge; CSV export of results; and 1-year data retention. $5/month or $48/year.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Billing — it takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your polls and data stay intact on the Free plan afterwards.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your account moves to the Free plan: existing polls stay, and the Free limits (5 active polls, 25 participants per poll) apply to new activity. Upgrade whenever you need unlimited scheduling again.
I signed up before paid plans existed — what changes for me?
You're an Early Supporter: you keep full Pro free for 90 days after launch, and if you upgrade you lock in 50% off forever — $2.50/month. As always, the Free plan remains available with no action needed.
